No tracking, no cookies

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking services. Fonts and all other parts of the site are not loaded from third-party servers.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Mittwald CM Service GmbH & Co. KG, Königsberger Straße 4-6, 32339 Espelkamp, Germany. The provider processes the data generated when the website is accessed on our behalf. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and reliable operation of the website.

A data processing agreement according to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Mittwald. The servers are located in Germany.

Encryption

For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar.

Server log files

When the website is accessed, technically necessary data is stored in server log files:

• IP address of the requesting device
• date and time of access
• page or file accessed and amount of data transferred
• status code of the request
• referring page (referrer), where transmitted
• browser and operating system

Processing serves secure operation and error analysis. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete the data when it is no longer needed and no statutory retention obligations apply.

For our email communication we use Microsoft 365 from Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited. Data may also be transferred to Microsoft Corporation in the USA. Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; standard contractual clauses are in place in addition. A data processing agreement is in place with Microsoft.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Please send requests to kontakt@4mediaselling.de.

Right to object

Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

Right to lodge a complaint

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

Automated decision-making

There is no automated decision-making, including profiling.
